JMR Agency Support Worker
Location: Essex
Hours: Flexible, full-time, part-time
Pay: £11.50 - £16.00ph
JMR Healthcare Ltd are looking for an experienced Agency Support Worker who has experience in working with challenging behaviours to join our team in Norwich, Norfolk.

As a support worker, you will be able to do the following:
- Provide effective day to day shift cover that supports the needs of the client.
- Be confident in delivering a high quality of care when working in ever-changing environments, being able to adapt approaches to be versatile in challenging situations.
- Deliver the highest standards of care and support on a consistent basis.
- Be fully compliant with the organisational values and requirements of the provision.
- Sound I.T. and numerical skills along with a flexible, resilient, and thoughtful approach to your practice.
In return, the successful candidate will receive the industry leading hourly and sleep in rate, comprehensive and high-quality training.
You MUST have:
- 8-12 months experience as a Care Assistant or Support Worker in the last 3 years
- Right to work in the UK
This post will require an Enhanced DBS check to be processed for the successful applicant.
This role will be suited for an individual who is seeking varied and flexible working pattern, working a mixture of half days, long days, and sleep ins.
