Bidell Gas Compression is a well-established natural gas compression manufacturing company with Parts & Service locations throughout Western Canada and NW US that offer 24/7 technical support.
We have a current opening for a Branch Manager based out of our Fort St. John B.C. Parts and Service branch.
The purpose of the Branch Manager includes but is not limited to:
Manage day to day operations for the branches.
Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership to branch staff
- Enforce HSE and Company policies
- Use Bidell Vision, Mission and Values statement to guide you in decision making
- Responsible for branch budgets with focus on KPI’s
- Prospect new customers and build new relationships for branch growth
- Work with department Leads/Managers to identify opportunities in the market
- Mentor Parts Leads/Service Managers to develop management strategies within their own departments
- Resolve customer and employee complaints and issues.
- Implement and execute branch strategies related to key customer accounts
- Organize monthly branch meetings
- Maintain and oversee quality of work.
- Responsible for WIP, outstanding AR and vendor AP issues
- Ensure invoicing is accurate, correct information provided and approved for monthly invoicing
- Provide daily business support to local customer base.
- Assist in the promotion of Bidell products and services.
- Review financial reports to ensure budgeted levels are being met.
- Responsible for the branches budgeting and forecasting process.
- Provide on-call support.
Qualifications:
- Journeyman Certificate or Post-Secondary Education Preferred
- Minimum 5 years industry experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Work as a team player with all staff and all other branch locations
- Well organized and efficient
- Detail Oriented for accurate paperwork.
- Ability to work effectively without supervision.
- Strong computer skills.
- Flexible to accommodate customers’ changing demands.
- Strong leadership ability to maintain day to day activities.
