TTM Healthcare is working in partnership with an award-winning private hospital in Nottingham who are seeking to recruit a passionate Mental Health Nurse to join their hard-working team on a permanent basis.

You will be working in a psychiatric intensive care service, which specialises in the treatment of acutely unwell patients with a variety of mental health conditions that have complex presentations and potentially dual diagnoses.

You would be working alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team to provide excellent bespoke care to enable patients to fulfil their recovery goals and work towards building a bright future after discharge for all service users within your care.

What you need to succeed:

• Qualified RMN or RNLD
• Knowledge of NMC standards
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Demonstrates a positive attitude and commitment to change, improvement and quality.
• Ability to develop and use flexible and innovative approaches to practise.
• Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills
• A passion for providing excellent patient care
