Role and Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' mental health needs and develop personalized care plans.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor their effectiveness.
• Provide one-on-one counseling and participate in group therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on mental health conditions and treatment options.
• Monitor patient progress and adapt care plans as needed.

Requirements:

• Valid nursing qualifications and registration as a Mental Health Nurse.
• Proven experience in mental health care for individuals with mental illnesses, personality disorders, and intellectual/learning disabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and patient-centred approach.
