Mental Health Care NHS Programme Manager – nearly all Working From Home (1 day (maybe sometimes 2 days) per month on site in London)
Duration is 6 months
This role is at band 8C level - the hourly rate is £36.01 per hour (there may be some flexibility on this) + holiday pay (the baked in amount comes to £41/hr) + you will be eligible for the pension after 3 months (we match your contribution up to 10%, so a total of up to 20%). The role is PAYE (so no Employer’s NI to pay).
This role is working with several NHS Trusts across London to help ensure the better provisioning of mental health care
You will be liaising with ICB’s, LA’s and NHS Trusts.
You will be programme managing multiple complex programmes around mental health care provision – leading to more support for patients in the community, and less time in hospital.
You must bring with you significant experience of being part of large-scale cross-organisational change programmes with multiple project streams and in complex and politically sensitive environment.
A clinician background would be ideal but is not a pre-requisite – it is a requirement however to have a good understanding of the mental healthcare landscape.
