Youth development services: weekly contract 12 hours across 3 days with one day working from home.
£42,900 per annum pro rata for 12 hours £13,728 per annum for 1 year.
The Role
This dynamic part time role will give you a chance to work with young people who are experiencing mental health difficulties in a youth based setting showcasing your skills offering one to one sessions and group workshops.
This is a hybrid role, giving you the flexibility of working from home and the Belfast office. Full training will be provided on our virtual and digital platforms which will support you in providing high-quality care to your clients.

We are looking for our new young persons counsellor/coach to be a team player and to be motivated to contribute to helping improving wellbeing.
To be considered for this role, please have the following:
Qualifications:
- Counselling qualification or coaching qualification
Experience:
- Experience in working with a range of mental health conditions
- Experience in motivating and offering intervention for young people experiencing difficulty
- Experience in delivering therapy on a one-to-one basis for young people
- Present in small groups via powerpoint to young people on varying mental health topics
Knowledge:
- Evidence of continuing professional development
Skills:
- To be able to work alone effectively and competently
- To be flexible and adaptive to change
- Experienced working with young people who have declining mental health
- To be motivated to develop and learn
- To be interested in innovation and change with the service
