Membership Sales Consultant – Forest Hill – South East London
Energie Fitness is a network of over 100+ clubs across the UK with over 200,000 members.
Energie Fitness Forest Hill is currently looking to expand its team! A role for a dedicated sales executive has become available.
This high-end club is a brand new fitness facility situated in the heart of Forest Hill – facilities include a great selection of cardio and resistance machines, a full range of free weights and functional equipment, and some of best instructor-led classes in London. We pride ourselves on our high standards, providing our members with a personable, professional and hands-on service at all times. You must be target driven, ambitious, motivated and hugely personable. You will be expected to be highly pro-active and focused, whilst staying approachable and extremely personable to all members.
The Membership Sales role is a varied one which focuses on sales and marketing but also covers the day-to-day operations of the club. You must be a naturally proactive and self-motivated individual who can generate new leads and reach above and beyond sales targets. You must be confident and outgoing and feel equally comfortable whether on the phone, in front of a computer or facing sales prospects face to face. You will be one of the public faces of the club, bringing prospects in, selling them the club as a facility and ultimately signing them up as members. You will be involved in social media, running campaigns, leafleting and outreach. You will also have general operational responsibilities as well as ensuring our gym is the most welcoming, friendly and well presented in the area.
Key Requirements:
- You have a proven track record in working within a high-quality sales environment, ideally from within the Health/Leisure Industry. However, if you are confident this is for you, then experience in any commercial business sector will be considered
- Naturally sales focused and target driven with a desire to achieve
- Passionate about the fitness industry
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills are essential. And that includes an impressive phone manner
- Take pride in where you work and be happy to help maintain/clean the gym regularly so that it is presentable for current and prospective members
- You will have the ability to drive the superb Energie Fitness culture within the club and exhibit it out in the local area to all of our prospective members
- Our perfect candidate will enjoy working both within and outside of the club environment. They will have a friendly, outgoing personality, and genuinely care about helping others
- Good oral and written communication skills
- PC literate

Salary: £22,500.00 per year
