While working as an on-site Team Member, you will wear a few different hats and toggle between different job duties. You’ll have the opportunity to: Present a positive, friendly image to the public, and warmly greet all customers. Develop and maintain memorable connections with current and potential members. Educate customers on the benefits of each wash plan, while building enthusiasm and inspiring them to become members. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Influence and create sales best practices to positively impact membership numbers. Complete any other tasks given by a manager or supervisor. Work as a member of a team in an environment where collaboration and a positive attitude are keys to driving success. Self-motivated. Comfortable approaching customers and building relationships. Maintain a clean and organized location. Complete necessary side-work and housekeeping items. Maintain cash handling and register procedures for sales transactions. Stand, walk, or sit for long periods of time (up to 8 hours) Mobility to work in areas that require kneeling, crouching, or crawling. Ability to work outside in varying weather conditions. Be available to work various shifts and holidays, based on the needs of the business. Must be at least 16 years old; students are welcome and encouraged to apply! Pay Rate: $14-$15 an hour based upon work experience; up to $55k earning potential including commissions!
