Bring your experience, enthusiasm and customer service skills to our $130 million credit union dedicated to the employees of SRI International, Menlo Park, CA.
Responsible for member financial transactions and excellent customer service. Requires cash handling skills, knowledge of account administration, IRAs, trusts, and BSA. Task oriented self starter with excellent communication complements our existing staff. Performs branch balancing and some accounting. . Previous customer service experience, coupled with banking, operations, lending and/or VISA background, will make you a strong candidate. Strong PC skills including Excel and Word are required. Knowledge of Fiserv XP2 platform is a plus.
Willing to train the right candidate.
