MEMBERSHIP SALES CONSULTANT – FITNESS WORX GYMS

The FWX membership sales consultant will be a key member of the sales and marketing team. Working closely with the office team, they will spend their time overseeing the membership systems for fitness worx gyms.
On a daily basis you will be managing our internal membership system.
This role will help improve the internal and external communications and relations for the FWX Groups. You will manage the membership, conceive ideas, build an engagement strategy and execute communication through the various channels attached to the system.
Being a membership sales consultant, you will be asked to bring new ideas to weekly meetings and also help to implement new ideas to improve sales and reach.
Main Duties to Include
· Membership management, Membership Sales, Digital Content, Building Relationships, Setting up new Clubs, Cancellations and Refunds.
Responsibilities
Managing the system each day to make sure everything is running the way it should be.
Calling to arrange payments due if over on the system.
Working with colleagues to produce effective material aimed at a wider audience, adjusting all research output to gain maximum digital coverage.
Working closely with the Sales team to deliver an effective digital and marketing strategy for all social media channels – Facebook, Instagram and Google.
Creating and delivering membership engagement plans for maximum output
Understanding member feedback and being able to action tasks.
Refund Policies – being able to capture correct data
Being a spokesperson for FWX where appropriate and working with the sales team in Consultations to generate revenue.
Building email campaigns through the system to keep members engaged.
Other tasks may include:
10. Reception stand in cover as and when.
11. FWX Events (Launches and Gym Days)
This roles includes 28days holiday per year along side a company wide bonus scheme for targets being hit quarterly.
This role will be varied and based mainly at FWX Kenilworth. Travelling will be involved also in this role.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £18,000.00-£20,000.00 per year
