We are looking to recruit a Receptionist working 10 hours per week to provide a professional customer focused and friendly reception service to ensure a quality service experience for all centre users at all times.

Tidworth Leisure Centre delivers high quality facilities, activities and a variety of services to the local community and surrounding areas.
About the role
As receptionist, you will be responsible for collecting admission fees from customers and dealing with queries received into the leisure centre, whilst providing a professional customer focused service.
You will also be assisting in promoting and selling both the services and products.
About you
With excellent communication and people skills, you should possess a recognised customer based qualification such as an NVQ in customer care/ reception skills or the equivalent in experience.
A good working knowledge of Microsoft applications such as Outlook and Excel is also required as you will be updating working documents and need to communicate clearly with other members of staff as well as operating the computerised booking system.
The ability to remain calm and composed in pressurised situations and to work with minimum supervision is also essential criteria as Receptionist.
