● To be the first port of call for all membership queries, and to answer and action all membership changes appropriately and efficiently
● Assist weekly sales meetings with AGM/GM to help present weekly sales reports and forecasts, creating action plans based upon the outputs of the analysis.
● Improve member experience and engagement to stem cancellation and grow renewal.
● Provide insight to company stakeholders into on-the-ground sales trends.
● Identifying other areas of opportunity for growth outside of membership - partnership and corporate opportunities.
● Achieving KPIs and sales targets as set-out by the AGM/GM.
What do you need to be considered for this role?
● Essential: a minimum of 2 years experience in a front of house setting, with experience in a gym or leisure setting desirable
● Essential: proficiency with computer systems including Outlook and Office, with experience using booking software desirable
