We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Storefront Staff. Pay Rate is £10.20--£10.50, but there is opportunity for a wage increase upon completion of training.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of refreshing drinks and mouthwatering desserts to customers.
- Ensure all materials and ingredients are properly stocked and prepared for daily operations.
- Operate the point-of-sale system to process customer orders and payments accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of tables and the overall dining area, ensuring a pleasant dining experience for customers.
- Adhere to company standards and procedures for food safety and hygiene.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain the smooth operation of the store.
- Assist with additional tasks as needed to support the efficient functioning of the store.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive and friendly attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Mandarin speakers strongly encouraged
