The Medical Staffing Officer will promote excellence in customer service by being the contact for managers and medical staff for one of our Acute Divisions, offering advice and guidance to provide proactive, comprehensive and professional day-to-day HR support services to present, future and past members of staff, bank workers and honorary staff. The post holder will also support recruitment for all grades of medical and dental staff within the Trust in line with current policies and procedures.
