The successful candidate will drive sales and proactively develop new business relationships to win formulary inclusions and product placement pathways for the B. Braun products.

Here's what you can expect to be doing…
- Working to develop new customer’s relationships to build and develop business. Key customers will include: senior decision makers (non-clinical and clinical) across both an acute and community setting in the NHS.
- Developing business by increasing product awareness, sales and usage of the product range whilst maintaining up to date and accurate records for the territory in Salesforce.
- Developing a high standard of knowledge for the Strategic Business Area and utilising an “Insight based” sales approach and methodology.
- Developing a territory sales plan to prioritise and seek out new business opportunities by analysing the territory and following attraction, development and retention strategies with target accounts.
- Participating in; customer meetings (in person and virtually), industry exhibitions, company conferences, focus groups, team meetings etc.
- Supporting clinical evaluations, developing local case studies and real world evidence.
- Implementing pathways and driving sales of product usage through training and support.
What you’ll need to succeed
- Be self-driven and goal orientated, with the tenacity to effectively handle and move past objections.
- Excellent communication skills, being an active listener, with the ability to communicate effectively via digital platforms, face to face, and to effectively present to senior levels internally and externally in addition to excellent selling, influencing and persuasive skills.
- Experience in selling wound care products and/or working within community and acute setting.
- Be an excellent planner and problem solver with the aptitude to adapt and think creatively in an ever changing environment.
- Be self motivated, enthusiastic and pro-active.
- Able to form strong relationships with key contacts; easily and quickly.
- Independent and confident with the ability to work on own initiative to meet deadlines and targets.
