You will maximise the NPS business across the region, ensuring the portfolio strengths are utilised. A strong Theatre sales background with a customer service focus will therefore be critical for ensuring success in this role.”

Here's what you can expect to be doing…
You will be working as part of our high performing and successful Neuro Power Spine team. The main focus of this role will be in theatre sell where you will provide your expertise on our product portfolio to Surgeons and the wider Theatre team. Outside of Theatres you will be working with our customers through training & education and working with Procurement to secure business.
Your main responsibilities will be:
To achieve sales targets set for the territory by developing winning and repeatable sales strategies- To develop effective sales strategies and tactics to win new accounts, focusing on the clinical in-theatre sell
- To develop strong relationships with key accounts and customers
- To attend exhibitions, meetings, demonstrations and workshops both locally and nationally
- To assist with the development of key reference centres for the range of products within the portfolio
- To keep accurate business and call records utilising Salesforce.com
- To keep abreast of developments and trends within the territory in order to supply accurate information for consideration in forecasting and budget proposals
What you’ll need to succeed
Theatre Sales experience regularly introducing and selling products to consultants and associate theatre staff- A basic knowledge of anatomy and physiology.
- Strong knowledge of NHS and private hospital buying processes.
- A collaborator, facilitating a team network for shared ownership and building larger opportunities.
- High levels of consistent sales success within an established territory
- The ability to work using their own initiative, guiding and developing situations to an effective outcome
