Job description
The role
Booking appointments and providing a friendly and efficient interface between patients and members of the clinical team.
This role is for 21 hours per week, please see the job description for expected working pattern.
There may be some flexibility around working hours for the right candidate.
What will you be doing?
Receiving telephone requests for medical appointments and fielding general enquiries about patient services
Recording the movement of medical records in and out of the practice.
Registering new patients and removing them from our list at the end of their studies.
Completing a variety of administrative tasks supporting patient access and the transfer of medical information.
You should apply if
Experience of working in a busy, customer facing role.
Proven ability to work under pressure and with the minimum of supervision
Effective communicator with a friendly confident manner
Confident with IT
Proven ability to work accurately and with attention to detail
