Charlotte Medical Practice is looking to recruit a Medical Receptionist/Administrator to join our busy and friendly administration team.
· 37.5 hours - Permanent
Duties include
· Receiving, assisting, and directing patients in accessing the appropriate service or healthcare professional in a courteous, efficient and effective way.
· Providing general assistance to the practice team and projecting a positive and friendly image to patients and other visitors, either in person or via the telephone
· Undertaking a variety of administrative duties to assist in the smooth running of the practice.
Previous experience of working within a medical or reception environment would be an advantage although full training will be given.
Closing Date the 28th of April
Interviews will be held on the 10th & 11th of May.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £20,375.00 per year
