Bradbury House is a residential Care home for 42 elderly residents in old town Beaconsfield. Due to expansion an excellent opportunity has now arisen for:-
Full and Part Time day shifts including weekends with overtime available
From:£11.25 per hour weekdays
From: £16.88 per hour weekends

- Deliver the highest quality care and support to residents to enable them to live their lives to their fullest potential.
Key responsibilities
- Assist residents to attain their full potential
- Promote independence and empower residents
- To contribute, develop and implement residents person centred care plans.
- To work flexibly to meet the resident's needs
- To communicate effectively and professionally with all persons in the resident's life.
- To work as part of a person-centred team
- Ensure accurate record keeping, using a digital care note system
- Actively participate in supervision and appraisal,
- Work in accordance with all relevant legislation, codes of practice, policies and procedures
- Undertake other duties as may be requested from time to time, consistent with the nature of the post.
- Maintain a high degree of confidentiality at all times.
Job Types: Full-time and part time (Permanent)
Experience in a care setting would be desirable, but if you are the right person for the post, full training will be provided.
