Job description

Bradbury House is a residential Care home for 42 elderly residents in old town Beaconsfield. Due to expansion an excellent opportunity has now arisen for:-

Full and Part Time day shifts including weekends with overtime available

From:£11.25 per hour weekdays

From: £16.88 per hour weekends

Job description

  • Deliver the highest quality care and support to residents to enable them to live their lives to their fullest potential.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist residents to attain their full potential
  • Promote independence and empower residents
  • To contribute, develop and implement residents person centred care plans.
  • To work flexibly to meet the resident's needs
  • To communicate effectively and professionally with all persons in the resident's life.
  • To work as part of a person-centred team
  • Ensure accurate record keeping, using a digital care note system
  • Actively participate in supervision and appraisal,
  • Work in accordance with all relevant legislation, codes of practice, policies and procedures
  • Undertake other duties as may be requested from time to time, consistent with the nature of the post.
  • Maintain a high degree of confidentiality at all times.

Job Types: Full-time and part time (Permanent)

Experience in a care setting would be desirable, but if you are the right person for the post, full training will be provided.
