Job description
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the processing and analysis of medical reports, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to healthcare providers.
- Liaise with medical laboratories to coordinate sample collection, testing, and result reporting.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and laboratory staff to ensure effective communication and coordination of patient care.
- Provide support in managing laboratory inventory, including ordering and restocking of supplies.
- Contribute to the interpretation and analysis of laboratory data, providing insights and recommendations to the clinical team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Strong knowledge of public health principles, epidemiology, and health promotion strategies.
- Familiarity with laboratory procedures, testing methodologies, and quality control processes.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to accurately interpret and analyze medical reports and laboratory data.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with medical laboratories, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using data analysis software, statistical tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Experience in a healthcare or clinical setting is a must.
