We are looking for an experienced and motivated Managing Director to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organisation, developing and implementing strategic plans, leading the team to achieve goals, and ensuring that all financial and legal obligations are met. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business management, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of success in a similar role.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the company's operations.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase profitability and efficiency.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Analyse financial data to identify areas of improvement.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Provide guidance and direction to staff members.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively.
