Digestive Health Specialists, P.A., a leading gastroenterology group based in Winston Salem, is currently recruiting for a part-time (24-29 hours) CMA/RMA to join our team. We are a well-established and growing practice; founded originally in 1979 and have grown to serve our patients now in 5 locations. Patients choose our practice for our experienced providers and staff who provide friendly, compassionate, high-quality and affordable care.
We are looking for intelligent, hardworking, motivated individuals to contact patients regarding their upcoming gastrointestinal procedures. During that phone call, they should obtain an accurate health history and answer questions regarding the preparation and/or procedure. Must have an interest in the medical field. Must be able to utilize current technology. Must enjoy talking on the phone.
- 8 hour day shift
- Tuesday - Thursday
- No Weekends
- Will transition to a remote position
Minimum Requirements:
- Language - Must be able to read and write English at high school level. Must communicate effectively. Must be able to read numbers and do basic math calculations.
- CMA or RMA certification
