SEVERN TRENT
Full Time Coventry, England 21000 - 23000 GBP ANNUAL Today
Job description

Hello. We’re Severn Trent and we think water is wonderful. And we’re pretty keen on people, too.

Are you looking for your next permanent administrator role with a strong focus on providing excellent customer service? We’ve got a great opportunity to join our Developer Services team based in our head office in Coventry (STC).

You’d be the first point of contact for all customers, providing advice and guidance with the aim of resolving any queries as quickly and hassle free for the customer as possible. You’d be responsible for responding to all demand coming into developer services via phone, email and web. You’ll also be making outbound calls to customers to gain feedback on their experience with us. Providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers is key to this role so we are looking for someone with excellent people skills.

We welcome people from all walks of life and celebrate individuality. We know diverse minds, experiences and backgrounds help us to learn and better serve our customers and the communities where they live.

If you want to do more because you care, we’d love to talk to you. There really is something for everyone here.

EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW

You’ll be providing excellent customer service across the full range of developer services processes including being accountable for the developer services calls, emails and post. You’ll own all customer queries and make sure there is a fast effective resolution which will enhance Severn Trent’s reputation by delivering excellent levels of customer service at all times.

You’ll progress all new requests and applications for connections or advice, including technical queries and capture and provide accurate information while making sure IT systems are kept updated.

If you’re someone with customer call handling and customer service experience along with good IT skills, we can provide the training to learn the wonderful world of Developer Services, of course any experience of water and waste water knowledge would be a bonus but not essential! If you’ve got an eye for detail and are able to offer unwavering excellent customer service while working under pressure then this role would be ideal for you.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE

The right skills and experience are important. But if you have the right character, positivity and a caring attitude we want to talk to you, too.

We welcome people from all walks of life and celebrate individuality as we know diverse minds, experiences and backgrounds help us to learn and better serve our communities. We want people who show up and get involve. Those who are ready to be part of something bigger and who want to make a difference because they care. Is that you?

WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU

Working here isn’t just a job. You can build a career at Severn Trent. We’ll reward you for it, too. We have a range of benefits that recognise great work, and award-winning training to help you reach your potential. And we’ll also help you play your part in looking after the environment and the communities where we live.
