Cedars Care Group is now seeking a day carer and a night carer to join our care team in Battle near Hastings. Cedarwood House is a small, friendly, rural Care Home which delivers the best possible standards of care to its residents.

Requirements:

• 12-hour shift patterns 8am – 8pm (days) and 8pm to 8am (nights) to include a share of weekends
• Care experience ideal but not essential: however a passion for care is a must. We are particularly interested in people who have experience of caring for a family member.

Responsibilities:

• To promote and provide skilled care for the elderly and be responsible for the planning and recording the immediate and long-term needs of the Service Users.
• To observe and operate in accordance with the CQC Essential standards of quality and safety.
• To help monitor and tidy the Home during the shift.
