Job description
Job Title: Healthcare Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care and support to Female with MS, osteoporosis and paralysis at her home, under the supervision of Senior
- Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Administer medications as directed by Senior
- Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring patient safety
- Maintain a clean and organized home environment
- Communicate effectively with patient, family, and team members
- Document patient information accurately and timely
Shifts: 7am - 3pm or 9am to 6.30pm or 4pm - 11pm or 8pm to 7am
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting required including use of hoists
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Compassionate and caring attitude towards patients
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
