Aveland court is taken over by a new and exceptional management team. We would like to welcome care assistants for days and nights. We would like to have the flexibility for full-time positions. We also welcome part-time and zero-hour contracts.
Your job role is nothing but delivering nothing less than "outstanding" care. You should be able to deliver over and beyond for our residents. You should make them happy with your approach and engagement.
Please note, this advert is specifically for zero-hour contract.
Previous experience is not necessary but a positive attitude is essential. We will train you to become good at what you do, and supports your career progress as well.
Various shift patterns:
8 am - 2 pm, 2 pm - 8 pm and 8 pm till 8 am.
What is involved in working as a care assistant?
- Support our residents with personal care
- Help with meals
- Assisting to walk
- Helping our residents to meet their continence needs
- Write the care notes
- Apply creams
- Bring happiness and a smile to your face
- Work as a part of the team
- Engage our residents with activities
- Attends staff meetings and training
