As a Scrum Master at Intrasonics, you will working to support a development of a platform that collects and processes sensor data to provide market research insights.

The role…
Ipsos-Intrasonics is looking for an excellent Scrum Master, someone experienced as an Agile practitioner who can guide and coach the team on Agile principles and best practices, while ensuring product team and with our engineering teams to understand key priorities and to plan release delivery. You will lead the scrum process of a team of developers, designers, QA, and product managers to implement the requirements of the passive monitoring solution.
Successful applicants will be joining at an exciting time in the company's life, working on brand new projects as well as on established projects with several new major clients.

What will I be doing?
This is a varied and interesting role including:-
- Facilitating and managing Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Guiding and coaching the team on Agile principles and best practices, and promote a culture of continuous improvement
- Collaborating with Product Owners to ensure that the backlog is properly refined and prioritized, and that requirements are clear and concise
- Managing the project schedule, scope, budget, and resources, and ensure that they are aligned with business objectives
- Communicating project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders, and escalating them as necessary
- Fostering a positive team environment that encourages collaboration, creativity, and innovation
- Working closely with technical leads and architects to ensure that technical solutions are aligned with the project goals and that technical debt is managed effectively
To be successful in this role you will need to bring the following skills and experience:-
- Professional experience as a Scrum Master and/or Technical Project Manager in a software development environment
- Strong understanding of Agile principles and frameworks, such as Scrum and Kanban, and experience in implementing them
- Experience in managing software development projects from initiation to closure, and ability to balance competing priorities and constraints
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong leadership and facilitation skills, and ability to inspire and motivate team members
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and to adapt to changing circumstances
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written
- Strong organisational skills
- Professional experience with Agile project management tools, such as Jira, Confluence, and Trello
- Professional experience with software development methodologies, such as Waterfall and Agile
- Knowledge of software development practices, such as continuous integration, continuous delivery, and test-driven development
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills, and ability to use data to drive project decisions
- Experience in coaching and mentoring team members on Agile principles and best practices.
- Experience in managing complex software development projects, such as enterprise-scale systems or cloud-based solutions
- Experience in managing distributed and/or remote teams
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools
- Familiarity with customer service
- Knowledge of IoT and sensor devices
