The Videographer/ Digital Media Marketing Specialist will report to the Marketing Support Manager and Director of Marketing.
Basic Purpose:
The Video/Digital Media Production Specialist will be involved in all aspects of the photography and video production process including planning, shooting, editing, processing, producing, uploading, and managing video and digital media for a wide variety of distribution channels. Digital media can be created, viewed, distributed, changed, listened to, and preserved on digital electronic devices. The Specialist will collaborate with the Marketing Support Team and Marketing teams.
Job Responsibilities:
- Camera operations/Audio producer for in-studio, on-location shoots, Drone shoots, and live events
- Efficiently edit photos, video, and audio to develop a wide range of content
- Ensure visual elements and quality standards are maintained across the entire photography and video production process
- Collaborate with production, marketing, and training teams to plan, organize, and execute projects
- Develop graphics to use in projects where needed with photography and videography
- Travel for location photo and video shoots across the USA coast to coast
Job Qualifications:
- Two to Five+ years video production experience
- No remote work / In office daily required.
- Proficient in all aspects of photography, and video production, such as: scripting, shoot setup; audio recording, mixing, editing and complete video production along with familiarity with video compression best practices and media asset management
- Manage multiple projects concurrently
- Experience with graphic design necessary
- Strong visualization skills
- Strong writing skills for scripting, ad campaigns, brochure content and social media
- Strong time management skills
- Strong communication skills, written, spoken, text, and phone.
- Must be able to maintain professional interaction with a wide range of customers.
- Excellent ability to prioritize and multi- task
- Must have a valid driver's license and dependable transportation
- Ability to communicate well with others
- Ability to work well with a Team
- Strong people skills
Education Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Creative Media, Video Production, Digital Marketing, Media Management or related field, or Associates degree and direct experience in lieu of 4-year degree.
- Minimum two years of experience working in videography role; experience in a creative role within a Marketing / Communications department is strongly preferred (digital video portfolio is required).
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After effects, Lightroom, Photoshop, etc.)
- Knowledge of Marketing fundamentals Experience in the creation and design of marketing campaigns; experience working with SEO and analytics is a plus.
- Professional level in both videography and photography.
