We are looking for someone that can grow our digital clients through new business development, and work with our suite of digital products to grow digital revenue. Well-crafted sales process and methodology. Outstanding communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
Requirements:
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets for digital for the organization.
- Learning and developing a strong understanding of the software and support systems for ad
fulfillment.
- Leading and participating in digital sales and product training.
- Possess organizational and time management skills including the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while consistently documenting communications with clients.
- Effectively communicate with other departments to coordinate the fulfillment of our promised
services.
- Ability to successfully meet the public and create a favorable impression of Metro Market Media while always exhibiting excellent customer service skills.
- Work collaboratively with the vendors, providing timely and accurate information relating to product fulfillment.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and support a positive work environment.
- Support departmental projects which may include solicitation of business from markets other than those for which you are directly responsible.
- Staying current on new and emerging product offerings in the marketplace.
- Proficient in use of Microsoft Office Suite; internet research skills.
- Strong communication skills including both oral (in person and phone) and written.

Requirements:
- 3-5 years digital advertising sales & agency experience preferred.
- Client-focused seller who has experience in online/digital media sales preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills: Ability to communicate complex technical features in simple terms.
- Entrepreneurial self-starter with ability to work in a matrixed organization and thrive in a highly-collaborative, team-based environment.
- Strong analytical ability for strategic sales development, including interpretation of media research and analysis for effective use as a sales tool.
- A confident, tenacious, diplomatic, and collaborative work style.
- Goal oriented with the ability to be organized and prioritize.
The candidate we select for this position will be responsible for bringing our premier digital marketing solutions to the local market through prospecting, cold calling, and scheduling face to face appointments with potential clients. Working with local leadership to achieve digital budget.
