We are looking for a PPC Paid Media Executive to join our talented Content Marketing department based in our HQ in London, working 2 days in our London Bridge office and 3 remotely. The department acts as an in-house marketing agency for the wider company, launching creative campaigns, publishing great content and generally helping to attract international students to the UK, USA and Canada. Not only is this a great opportunity to gain experience in high-quality marketing (but without the downsides of working in a big agency), it’s a wonderful way to meet and work alongside people from all over the world, and from all walks of life.
What will I be doing?
As the PPC Paid Media Executive, you will advise, implement and improve campaigns all around the world, driving both volume and quality of leads. You'll be responsible for launching various paid search and social campaigns across Google Ads, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat etc. to boost the recruitment effort.
You’ll receive mentoring from digital marketing experts, and gain valuable exposure to many other important aspects of a marketing team that’s currently going from strength to strength. On a typical day, you can expect to undertake the following duties:
Key responsibilities:
Implement and monitor paid search and social media campaigns for Kaplan International Pathways to achieve objectives in targeted leads and customer acquisition
Adjust paid campaigns to multiple geographic regions when needed
Continually optimise search campaigns in order to achieve the best results
Work with content and design teams to select, provide requirements and improvements for landing pages
Work with content and design colleagues to specify technical requirements of advertising design creative
Report and analyse results regularly by using different data sources (Google Analytics, Salesforce, advertising platforms, etc.) and presenting results in regular meetings with market managers
Build and maintain relationships with market managers
Collate and distribute information for internal reporting
What we’re looking for:
Essential:
Minimum 1 year PPC and Paid Social experience
Good understanding of digital marketing concepts
Experience of Google Ads and social media platforms eg. Meta Business Manager and TikTok Ads Manager
Outstanding attention to detail
Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships
Excellent organisational and project management skills
Good presentation skills
Positive attitude, flexible, can work collaboratively
Enthusiastic, energetic and creative, likes to bring ideas to the table
Interest in ongoing learning and desire for personal development
Fluency in written and spoken English; other languages are a plus
Desirable:
Knowledge of regional localised platforms eg. Line
Agency experience desirable
