We are seeking a talented Social Media Specialist to join our team. As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies across various platforms to increase brand awareness, engage with our target audience, and drive website traffic.
*This is part-time position, candidates with great performance can be converted to full-time employee.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
- Manage and maintain company's social media accounts, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Create engaging and relevant content that aligns with the brand voice and resonates with the target audience.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
- Implement social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and promotion across all marketing channels.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging social media platforms, and provide recommendations for optimization.
- Analyze social media metrics and performance data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay informed about the latest social media algorithms and adjust strategies accordingly to maximize reach and engagement.
Requirements:
- English native speaker.
- Experience in toys industry or experience with kids is preferred.
- Proven work experience in Social Media area.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong creative thinking and content creation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with paid social media advertising is a plus.
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $20.00-$40.00 per hour
