About The Right Will & Estate Planning
The Right Will & Estate Planning was founded in 2011 and in this time, we have helped thousands of people write their Will, set up Estate Planning and create Lasting Powers of Attorney.
We are passionate about helping our clients and not only do we provide Wills & Estate Planning to direct clients, we also work with a number of financial services advisers who are regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.
Due to growth, we are currently looking for a Will & Estate Administrator/Adviser to join our friendly professional team in Knowle. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Person who is looking to start a career in Financial Services or alternately someone with similar experience looking for a new challenge! Please note this role has some element of Advising Clients and taking their Will Instructions so the successful candidate must be confident on the telephone, full training will be provided on the job.

Requirements of a Will & Estate Administrator
· 2 years’ Administration experience is required for this role
· Previous industry experience is preferable, but not essential
· Previous sales experience is preferable, but not essential
· Strong attention to detail with accuracy
· The ability to analyse information with a view to making informed decisions
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to work under pressure, prioritise and work to tight deadlines
· Good team player, but with the ability to work under own initiative
· Competent on Microsoft office suite i.e., excel, word etc.
Responsibilities of a Will & Estate Administrator
· To book appointments with clients and take Will & LPA Instructions
· To input Wills, Trusts and LPA instructions on to our software
· To print and prepare all final documents for clients/advisers
· To set up all new advisers on internal systems
· Deal with day-to-day queries via telephone and email from advisers/clients in line with our service standards
· Deal with the daily incoming and outgoing post
· To maintain excellent service standards
· To provide administrative support to team and Line Manager
Salary of a Will & Estate Administrator
· £19,000 - £25,000 per annum dependant on experience
· To receive the higher end of the salary banding you must have done a similar role in a Financial Services Network previously
Working pattern of a Will & Estate Administrator
· Monday – Thursday 9am to 5pm
· Friday, 9am – 4pm.
Location of a Will & Estate Administrator
· This is an office-based role and the successful candidate will be required to work full time from our Head Office in Knowle, Solihull.
