The Role:
Fetch's next step in evolving the user shopping experience will require a Digital Media Associate, Growth Marketing to join our growth marketing team. In this role, you will help execute and maintain the Fetch Consumer Media strategy. We are looking for a strategic, data-driven individual that can expand our reach and help us turn impressions into registrations.
This role will report to the Growth Marketing Manager, Media. Duties in this role will include executing Fetch's media strategies for Paid Search, Affiliate, and Display channels. Collaborate with other internal teams as needed to optimize our media efforts for low costs and high revenue.

What you'll do
- Work across multiple digital performance marketing platforms, including Google, Apple Search Ads, Display, and Affiliate channels
- Build, QA, and optimize multiple campaigns across all our working platforms
- Consistently test strategies on multiple levels to ensure peak effectiveness of campaigns
- Assist in maintaining and monitoring daily, weekly, and monthly reporting
- Assist in monitoring and managing monthly budgets
- Work with the creative team to publish highly effective ads

- Cost per action
- Revenue by media channel
What will make you a good fit:
- Knowledge of the media landscape
- At least 1 year of experience in Digital Media
- Competency with Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel
- You have worked within at least one Ads Management Platform
- Ability to present performance and findings clearly and succinctly
- Dynamic and hungry learner
- Data-driven mindset always striving for the cleanest, most comprehensive data
- A keen creative eye
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and multitask various functions
Bonus skills
- Experience running multi-lingual campaigns (English & Spanish)
- Meta Ads and Google Ads Certifications
Salary: At Fetch, we offer competitive compensation packages to the exceptional folks we hire. The base salary range for this position is $60,000. We also offer all employees equity in Fetch, so that everyone can benefit from Fetch's growth.
