Our collections are meticulously crafted, and our uncompromising approach has positioned us as a trailblazer in the realm of luxury streetwear. We're looking for a Creative Social Media Specialist & Content Creator to join our small, close-knit team of streetwear enthusiasts. As part of this role, you'll play a crucial role in building a strong online community, driving social media growth, and amplifying the product scarcity of our exclusive collections across various platforms, including YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, email, and text marketing.

Position: Initially part-time (2-3 days a week), with the intention to transition to full-time based on social media growth and performance. The role requires working from our Reading based office.

Responsibilities:

Content Creation and Photography: Capture compelling product photos and utilise Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop and video editing skills to bring out the unique features of our collections, portraying the dedication and precision that goes into creating every item.

Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with our founder and product expert to ensure that our social media strategies align with our overarching brand vision. You'll also take ownership of the creative direction over time, displaying a keen understanding of our brand identity.

Social Media Management: Drive growth across our social media platforms. You will track performance metrics and use data-driven decision-making to improve content strategies, engagement, and overall social media presence.

Community Engagement: Build a vibrant and engaged community of followers. Your strategies should drive engagement, increase user-generated content, and facilitate meaningful interactions that promote brand loyalty.

Influencer and Celebrity Partnerships: Identify and collaborate with influencers and celebrities whose values align with our brand. You'll create strategic partnerships to increase our brand visibility and resonance with our target audience.

Email and Text Marketing Campaigns: Develop targeted and engaging email and text marketing campaigns. You will monitor campaign performance and optimise email and text flows to increase engagement and conversion.

Competitor Monitoring and Analysis: Keep a close eye on competitor activities and successful strategies. Using these insights, optimise our approach to maintain a competitive edge in the luxury streetwear market.

Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyse and interpret social media and marketing data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities. You will prepare comprehensive performance reports, offering actionable insights for future strategies.

Innovation and Trendspotting: Stay on top of emerging trends and best practices in the social media and digital marketing landscape. We expect you to bring innovative ideas that will keep our brand at the forefront.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.

Customer Experience Focus: Our entire customer journey should feel luxurious. Your strategies will aim to deliver personalised content and interactions that leave a lasting positive impression.

Experimentation and Testing: Experiment with new engagement techniques and strategies. Your proactive approach to testing and learning will help us find the most effective tactics for our brand.

Brand Alignment and Protection: Deeply understand our brand's image and vision to ensure consistency across all social media platforms. Uphold our brand ethos in every interaction, reinforcing our commitment to luxury, exclusivity, and quality. Your role is pivotal in maintaining the integrity of our brand and protecting its reputation.

Career Growth and Professional Development: As you grow in your role, you'll have opportunities to take on more responsibilities and potentially build a marketing team around you in the future.

Must-Have Requirements:

Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to effectively collaborate with team members and manage influencer relationships.

Creativity: Proven ability to create compelling content that resonates with the target audience and drives engagement.

Analytical: Ability to analyse and interpret social media data and use this to drive strategy and decision-making.

Proactivity: Comfortable with taking initiative and testing new strategies.

Success Metrics:

Integrated Marketing Approach: Success is creating a seamless and cohesive brand experience across all marketing channels - social media, email, and text marketing.

Brand Storytelling: We measure success by how well our brand narratives and content resonate with our audience, fostering brand loyalty and community growth.

Product Demand: By enhancing our brand's aura of exclusivity, we aim to increase product demand and sell-out collections. Your strategies will play a key role in achieving this.

Customer Engagement: We'll measure success by the strength of our customer relationships and repeat purchases driven by your targeted social media strategies, email and SMS campaigns/flows.

Leadership: Demonstrating initiative and leadership, owning the role, and guiding the team towards a stronger brand presence will indicate success in your role.
