What the job does:
We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious, passionate, and driven Senior Media Manager to join the UK and Pureplay Marketing team. In this newly created role, you will build and own the UK media strategy, shaping the media mix and testing innovative new formats in the home market, in collaboration with the media agency.
As one of our regional marketing guardians, you will collaborate effectively with the wider UK and digital teams and inspire key stakeholders with your attitude to excellence, your unstoppable and imaginative creative flair, and your passion for getting things done!
Accountabilities
- Own the development and implementation of the full funnel UK media strategy, in collaboration with the category team, digital and media agency.
- Contribute to accurate media budget forecasting and actualisation of the regional marketing budget in line with sales targets.
- Demonstrate an exceptional understanding of the UK media landscape, identifying the best channel mix to reach target customers both online and offline, delivering on brand funnel, retail sales KPIs and maximum ROI.
- Bring thought leadership and entrepreneurial spirit, testing innovative new formats and shaping the future of Charlotte Tilbury’s UK media plans.
- Strive for efficiency and effectiveness through regularly reviewing media performance during and post campaigns, utilising insights to inform future media mix.
- Closely collaborate with digital team for a fully integrated media buy and omni-channel approach, with focus on DTC channels
- Collaborate with PR on integrating paid and earned media, and working on both micro and macro media partnerships.

- Build exceptional relationships with category marketing, digital, PR, creative and the external media agency
- Confident in presenting the media strategy and post campaign analysis to wider team and senior stakeholders
Requirements
- Extensive experience owning online and offline media buying either in house or agency, within beauty, fashion, luxury or retail
- Experienced in devising and implementing strategic plans with creative flair
- Highly analytical, results driven and commercially minded
- Consumer centric and able to pivot around changing customer habits
- A credible and persuasive communicator
- Strong cross-functional partnership approach
- Pro-active go-getter with growth mindset and professional attitude
- Have exceptional organisational and prioritising skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent English written and verbal skills
- Exceptional understanding of the UK media landscape
