We specialise in Construction, Waste Management, Plant Hire, Demolition and Transport operations.

Responsibilities for the job role:
- Operate within plant machinery operational limitations
- Understand and be able to identify non-permitted waste including hazardous waste
- Ensure liquid spills after refuelling are cleaned up correctly in line with standard operational procedures
- Operate machinery in such a fashion to try to keep and maintain dust emissions low.
- Ensure a good standard of tidiness is maintained at all times
- Exercise extreme care when manoeuvring in the proximity of pedestrians
- Afford pedestrians the “Right of Way” priority at all times
- Comply with site traffic mandatory instructions at all times
- Ensure working area is kept clean, tidy and free of obstructions
- Understanding of weighbridge procedures.
- Ensure WRAP protocol adhered to
- Communication via radio with site management, yard and office personnel
- Remain vigilant of movements in and out of depot
- Ensure that all Environmental procedure is complied with
- Observe all Health and Safety requirements and instructions at the site
- Ensure all work is carried out safely, efficiently within the deadlines given and to relay all relevant information accurately to the Site Supervisor / management.
- Wear the appropriate PPE as instructed by standard operational procedures
- Familiarising himself with the Evacuation and Emergency procedures at the site, including the location and type of each fire extinguisher
- To follow all instruction and direction from his supervisor
- Carry out best practice and safe working practices
- Undertake vehicle checks and routine maintenance as detailed in standard operating procedures and record information
- Report any malfunction, unserviceability of equipment/ tools immediately
- Report any accident or injury immediately however small
- Report any near accident or potential of an accident
