Job Role:
BullyBillows is hiring for a Social Media and Content Specialist. The role is perfect for someone who can strategically manage social media platforms to drive customer engagement, website traffic and revenue. They can create content, join conversations on behalf of the brand, and support current and prospective customers.
Responsibilities Include;
- To create and lead the content creation team to drive the channel strategy forward.
- Day-to-day management including planning, writing, setting up and delivering content to our numerous platforms.
- Working directly with senior management and directors to ensure the content aligns with brand ideals.
- Create social plans for upcoming quarters and present these to senior management to grow the brand. Such as national and international celebratory days etc.
- Content creation is for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest and LinkedIn.
- Analysing social media engagement and analytics from all platforms and presenting to senior management quarterly to review.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in social media management.
- A Level in Mathematics and English Literature is imperative as you will be creating and responding to content.
- Must have strong communication skills (both written and oral).
- Must be friendly, professional and positive with the ability to work well with others and independently in a very fast-paced environment.
- Must be highly organised, with strong attention to detail and strong time-management skills.
- Being on camera or off via Instagram and TikTok livestreams.
- This person must have a CAN and WILL DO attitude.
- Must be fluent in English. The ability to speak other languages is desirable.
