This is not a remote opportunity. This position has the potential to be hybrid. Working in the office Monday through Thursday from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm EST and Friday 8:00 am-2:30 pm with the possibility of working remotely based on company needs. There will also be work outside of normal business hours.

Job Overview
Bug Bite Thing is currently seeking a Paid Ads Specialist who has a friendly, energetic, and entrepreneurial spirit to join our rapidly growing team. This role will report directly to the Marketing Director and will be responsible for the day-to-day management of Bug Bite Thing’s paid digital marketing campaigns, including paid search, display, OTT, and social media advertising strategies for a B2C business. To be successful in this role, you must exhibit strong creative writing and verbal communication skills and in-depth knowledge/expertise of all paid media platforms.
Duties:
· Set-up, manage, analyze and scare Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube campaigns and budgets on a daily, weekly and monthly basis to keep spending optimized for sales growth while hitting strict ROL goals & targets.
· Drive creation of new ad creatives both through own ideas as well as collaboration with copy and video creative departments to ensure that we have new, exciting creative to test for every offer each week
· Continuously ideate, implement, and measure results of A/B testing for both creatives and campaign targeting to optimize for engagement/conversations
· Develop, execute and optimize our digital marketing and PPC campaigns from start to launch
· Write compelling Ad copy with a focus on driving conversions
· Work across different channels to create and execute text and rich media ad strategies
· Consult leadership team and marketing team about any new content or landing page opportunities in order to promote higher campaign performance
· Work closely with the Marketing Director and other marketing team members to align campaign strategies and goal across the agency
· Define, measure and evaluate relevant paid media KPIs
· Build various ad platforms and oversee the day to day execution of paid media
· Oversee and manage the overall budget for paid media to ensure effective media buying
· Conduct in-depth keyword and website research, ad grouping and audience targeting
· Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and staying on top of the latest trends in PPC and Paid Social advertising
· Strong passion to help drive growth and success across multiple digital marketing channels
Skills and Qualifications
· Google Analytics, Google AdWords and Bing Ads Certified
· Facebook Advertising, TikTok Advertising, YouTube Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Amazon Advertising
· Google Ads/PPC
· OTT Advertising
· Good understanding of SEO and best practices
· Good knowledge of all the different digital marketing channels
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
· Strong knowledge of basic marketing principles, online marketing tools, and best practices
· Hand-on experience in the Paid Media space, with experience managing on-site conversions, cost & click performance, analytics & measuring engagements, impressions/total reach, and monitoring website traffic
· Ability to create regular paid media analytic/KPI reports
· Critical, forward-thinker, with strong written/verbal communications skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
· Proficiency in Google Suite
Education and/or Experience:
· 5+ year of proven work experience and success in a Paid Media Specialist or similar role
· 3+ years Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, and TikTok Ads campaign management experience with the ability to show demonstrated results.
· Expertise in ALL social media platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter in a must.
· Experience directly managing daily ad spend budgets of $5K minimum
· Direct-to-Consumer marketing experience is preferred
· Bachelor’s Degree is required
· Proficiency with editing/optimizing videos for paid ads within social media platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and Instagram
· Proficiency in Adobe Premier and After Effects is a plus

The Paid Search Manager will work with our marketing team to optimize our paid search campaigns and help grow our business. This role will also be responsible for managing the budget for the paid search campaigns and ensuring that they are running efficiently.
Duties Include:
- Optimize paid search campaigns on Google, Bing, and Yahoo
- Manage budgets and ensure they are running efficiently
- Analyze and optimize campaigns on a daily basis
- Monitor performance and optimize campaigns on a weekly basis
- Research and optimize keywords for paid search campaigns
- Conduct keyword research and create ad copy for each campaign
- Create, update, and run reports for each campaign
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure campaigns are running efficiently
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends in paid search marketing and SEO best practices
Skills Required:
- Proven experience as a Paid Search Manager or relevant role
- Hands-on experience with running budgets and KPIs
- Solid understanding of the various aspects of paid search (e.g., keywords, bidding, traffic, conversions, etc.)
- Experience with Google Ads, Bing Ads, or Yahoo! Search Console (optional)
- Solid understanding of keyword research and campaign optimization (e.g., keyword research, bidding, traffic, conversions, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) with the ability to interact with clients in a professional manner
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while still remaining focused on one project
