The Zaxbys Support Center is looking for a Corporate Video Producer to join the Corporate Communications team. The Corporate Video Producer develops, coordinates, and executes the production of corporate video materials to enhance communication platforms, drive training and promote best practices for Zaxbys franchisee community and store-level audiences.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Zaxbys culture and be well-versed in the inner workings of restaurant operations.

This position is based in Atlanta, GA and allows for a hybrid work schedule that includes 3 in-office days per week.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Essential duties may include but are not limited to the following:

• Conceptualize, coordinate, produce, shoot video and photography and edit videos for company intranet, training platforms, and corporate campus media platforms
• Develop compelling, story-driven content as well as content related to company-wide events, presentations, and internal campaigns
• Work with the corporate teams to develop video concepts and coordinate location shoots related to internal initiatives, training and best practices
• Oversee an editorial calendar to communicate production timelines fully
• Partner with the communications team on camera, lighting, and sound set-up for leadership roundtables, special meetings, and presentations
• Maintain content asset management systems and distribution channels
• Perform post-production work including motion graphics, sound mixing, and color correction
• Ensure that all productions align with an approved content plan and are produced with significant attention to detail, time spent on site and schedules, and align with Brand standards

KEY COMPETENCIES

• Ability to manage multiple projects with shared assets and strict deadlines
• Highly organized with deliberate attention to detail
• Strong leadership skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Experience in corporate environments and knowledge of corporate communications
• Ability to manage and work with a team to manage projects independently with minimal supervision
• Experience developing training videos and content related to procedures and best practices
• Advanced capabilities for videography, editing, lighting, and sound
• Experience with video compression software and formats such as .mp4, .mov, and .mxf
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite with emphasis on Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop
• Zaxbys (or restaurant) operational knowledge preferred

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE GUIDELINES

• Education: Bachelors degree in Journalism, Communications, Business, OR equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience: 2-4 years of experience in professional video production and editing
