We are looking for a goal-oriented and organized Media Producer and Editor to manage projects from inception to completion. The video producer's responsibilities may include writing scripts, organizing, and scheduling shoots.
To be successful in this role, you must have excellent time management and interpersonal skills. A top-notch video producer combines creativity with meticulous planning to create successful videos.
Job Responsibilities:
- Composite texts & AE to make eye-catching graphics for videos.
- Ability to direct on set and able to know the following aspects of film: Camerawork, Lighting, Audio, set design, etc.
- Knowledge of how to transfer different media formats to and from mobile phones and computers.
- Responsible for assisting with all Faith Life Story projects.
- Responsible for producing and directing video shoots for Faith Life projects such as small groups, dream teams, Open Heaven and others.
- Responsible for assisting with all creative arts projects within Faith Life (worship events, children’s ministry, skits, productions, and more, as requested by Director)
- Responsible for directing video shoots.
- Assist on special project spots for broadcast.
- Editing videos from beginning to end.
- Responsible for producing and editing weekend announcements.
- Involved with 3D modeling and animation.
- Strategize and work closely with the FLC team, creative media team, and those who submit for projects.
- Other duties as assigned by leadership.
How Will My Job Responsibilities Be Measured:
- Follow up with every submission as soon as possible (within 48 hours).
- Schedule the shoot in a timely manner and follow up with the submission if there are any questions.
- Complete the video in a timely manner (this will depend on the submission).
- Ensure every video encompasses the Kingdom Message and is a reflection of our Senior Pastors vision.
Minimum Required Qualifications:
- High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
- 2+ years’ experience in video editing and creative producing
- 2+ years’ experience of video and photo editing software (After Effects, Premiere, Audition, Lightroom, Photoshop)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and Google Sheets
