Overview: Stella McCartney is looking to hire an enthusiastic, self-driven and highly analytical Media Manager reporting into Global Marketing Director to lead the global brand & performance media channels and strategy. The focus would be on driving e-commerce KPIs across performance marketing PPC & Affiliates as well as management of campaign roll out across online and offline brand channels (Paid Social, Print, OOH) working hand in hand with local teams in EMEA, US, Japan and China. Your Mission: Brand Marketing: Supporting the Global Marketing Director in leading, developing and executing global media strategy, planning and buying in accordance with brand strategy and in partnership with external agencies as well as internal local stakeholders. Drive direction and development of brand media campaigns across Paid Social (Meta, YouTube, TikTok as well as local platforms), Display, Advertorials, Print and OOH. Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure global media campaigns are aligned with business goals, delivering campaigns on time and on budget (e-commerce, social, licensing, regional teams). Coordinate creative asset delivery for media campaigns; work closely with the in-house creative team and organic social team. Align with PR/Communications teams on Print plans supporting editorial relationships and subsequent credits as well as paid advertorials where relevant. Performance Marketing Act as a key link between markets and agencies to ensure a holistic approach driving business KPIs. Manage the daily communication with performance media agency, spend allocations and projections. Understand the levers for further growth and performance optimisation. Be accountable for ROAS and other performance metrics through ongoing reviews & ‘health checks’ of accounts (feed optimisation, keywords research, ad copy/landing page testing and cross channel analysis of PPC/SEO overlap). Manage affiliate communications with key partners; negotiate packages and set up publisher launches. Understand the full user journey across the funnel with multiple touch points. Monitor, analyse and report on media performance; recommend adjustments of budget, messaging and channel strategy based on target KPIs & performance analysis. Regular business performance updates, adhere to reporting best practice. Meticulous budget management and processing of invoices. Build and maintain strong relationships with platform partners (TikTok, Meta, Google, etc.) and 3rd party feed management, tracking and tagging solutions to achieve high levels of campaign performance. Keep abreast of industry changes, challenges & opportunities. Work collaboratively with peers across markets, collating briefs on priorities and requirements. Oversee local channel performance with market teams across Line, Red, WeChat, Weibo etc. Your Talent: Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the fashion industry. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in creating visually appealing presentations and decks. Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment. Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
