Foundation 92 (‘F92’) is the official charity of Salford City FC and The Class of 92. Working throughout the Greater Manchester community, F92 is proud to deliver a wide and diverse range of high quality, high impact, sustainable health improvement, education, physical education, and inclusion provision, which enables members of the community to lead healthy, positive and progressive lifestyles.
As a result of the recent growth of F92, the charity is looking to appoint a dedicated and committed Media and Engagement Officer, who will become an integral part of the F92 Media team ensuring that effective marketing techniques are used to promote the programmes ran by F92.
The Media and Engagement Officer will run campaigns to promote the charities work day-to-day, ensuring that stakeholders are fully aware of the impact the charity is making in the community and how to get involved. Campaigns will have a key focus with set objectives and key performance indicators to ensure effectiveness of each campaign through conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
The main responsibilities of the post holder are as follows.
- Manage and develop marketing campaigns on digital and offline platforms.
- Researching and analysing data to identify trends and campaign progress.
- Conducting promotional activities.
- Support with the daily content creation across F92’s social media platforms.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Support F92s’ teams to ensure that all programmes are promoted effectively.
- Support the F92 media team with the administration and updating of the website.
- Support and assist with the delivery of F92 events including but not limited to fundraising and gala dinners.
- Drive uptake in programmes using sales techniques.
- Increase participation through recruitment.
