Media & Digital Marketing Communications Coordinator (1 Year FTC)

Cartier – Media & Digital Marketing Communications Coordinator
(Fixed Term Contract - 1 Year)
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
You will support the Media Manager with the development & implementation of all media activations & campaigns for Cartier UK, whilst partnering with the Creative Project assistant on custom content projects and content distribution for all Boutiques. This individual will Support with the organization of all day-to-day activities as it relates to agency meetings and campaigns.
UK Media Planning & Implementation:
- Support the media manager with the development of media briefing, planning, and implementation across all media touchpoints- print, OOH, display, paid social, and custom brand activations (pop-ups)
- Assist with reviewing PCA reports and ensure key learning and actionable recommendations are tracked and implemented
- Actively monitor digital KPIs (CTR, CPM, CPCs) and ensure all media plans respect the media guidelines
- Allocate and traffic creative assets for confirmed activity across print, OOH, display, paid social, and ensure the product selection aligns with local business trends and needs
- Support the planning and the implementation of co-op advertising plan with Watch Specialists
- Support Cartier’s visibility on Department Store (Selfridges & Harrods) websites to maximise brand presence and relevant content
- Work closely with eCommerce, Client, Marketing, PR & Events teams on all relevant projects to ensure a consistent and relevant brand message
Budget & Billing:
- Assist the media manager with the management of internal budget documents to ensure media plans reflect the latest budgets and conduct monthly financial analysis i.e. - monthly accruals, spend to date, collection support etc.
- Process all media invoices for payment and ensure aligned with approved budget & reconcile general billing issues
- Update and maintain Bumblebee (global media planning tool) to ensure it reflects the latest media plans split per media, visuals, and budget
Reporting & Competitor Research:

- Ensure the media dashboard is accurate by working with the agency to confirm all needed details for all campaigns
- Produce monthly competitor and digital trend analysis for the Marketing Department
- Support and analyse Cartier’s e-visibility on Watch Specialist websites & social utilising Radarly
Team Documents & Materials:
- Assist with building presentation materials to clearly communicate and visualize campaign recaps, media plans, budgets, competitive trends, and performance reports
- Manage and organize all internal documents on the server, including media authorizations, contracts, media plans, and invoices.
- Maintain team status documents, organize team meetings and circulate meeting minutes including key deliverables and timelines
- Manage Media library of magazines and newspapers
- Update and maintain publisher and partner contract list
- Manage seasonal mailings including Holiday cards
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
- Previous marketing experience in the luxury industry with knowledge of the UK market
- Strong passion for media and digital communications with a strong knowledge of the media landscape and experience running paid, organic, and custom programs.
- Digital expert- savvy with digital media i.e. SEM, display, social media, and analytics tools
- Seasoned in crafting well-designed, concise and articulated presentations
- Able to demonstrate strong analytical and visualization skills via presentations and reports, clearly communicating large amounts of information precisely and creatively
- Highly motivated team player and proactive
- Must be resourceful, and comfortable working in a small team environment
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail and have a passion for thoroughness and accuracy
- Capacity to multitask and solution oriented
- Strong analytical, strategic, and conceptual skills
- Expert Microsoft Office Suite skills, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Adobe Acrobat, and major graphic/video file formats is a plus
