Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Social Media Coordinator to join the Kante Group, a dynamic organization comprising a restaurant, boutique, lounge, theater, and coffee lab. As our Social Media Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, creating engaging content, managing multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok), and fostering meaningful connections with our target audience. Your role will be pivotal in enhancing our online presence and driving brand awareness.

Responsibilities:

-Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the Kante Group's brand identity and objectives.

-Content Creation: Create visually appealing and compelling content, including photos, videos, and graphics, that showcases our unique offerings and captivates our audience.

-Platform Management: Manage and maintain our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok), ensuring consistent posting schedules, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments and messages promptly.

-Audience Engagement: Interact with our followers, building authentic relationships and fostering engagement through thought-provoking discussions, responding to inquiries, and addressing concerns in a timely manner.

-Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to optimize our social media presence and drive audience growth.

-Collaborations and Influencers: Identify potential collaborations with influencers and partners to expand our reach and create mutually beneficial relationships.

-Analytics and Reporting: Utilize social media analytics tools to track and measure the effectiveness of campaigns, report on key performance indicators, and provide insights for continuous improvement.

-Onsite Presence: Be onsite for a majority of the time to capture real-time content, coordinate with various teams, and maintain a deep understanding of our offerings and culture.

Qualifications:

-Experience: Proven experience as a Social Media Coordinator or similar role, with a portfolio demonstrating successful social media campaigns and content creation.

-Strategic Mindset: Ability to develop and execute social media strategies, understanding the unique needs and preferences of our target audience.

-Creative Eye: Proficient in capturing high-quality photos and videos, with a keen eye for aesthetics and the ability to create visually engaging content.

-Social Media Management: Experience managing social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, with a strong understanding of platform-specific features, trends, and algorithms.

-Excellent Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling captions and engage with diverse audiences.

-Analytical Skills: Proficient in social media analytics tools to track metrics, interpret data, and provide actionable insights for optimizing campaigns.

-Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and able to think creatively to solve problems.

Working Conditions:
PHYSICAL / ENVIRONMENTAL: This position may require occasional lifting and carrying of objects up to 30 pounds. Duties are performed in an office, store,outdoor and restaurant settings. Regularly required to reach, talk, listen, interpret, and communicate, both verbally and in writing. Frequently required to stand or sit for extended periods of time; frequently required to walk in and around the businesses and to move between floors and utilize stairs as necessary. Vision is expected to be at a level proficient for reading and viewing monitors and other hardware components. Works in a professional environment including office, store, and restaurant with possible high-stress levels.
