Job Summary:
We are looking for a well-rounded Social Media Coordinator to join our team. You will develop and implement a comprehensive media strategy to increase communication and awareness for a specific client at Atlanta Hartsfield Airport.
As a social media strategist, you should have excellent multitasking skills to manage all communication and client approved media platforms accounts in a cohesive way.
Role Responsibilities:
- Help with planning and development of media outreach initiatives for the Client.
- Execute media outreach for a variety of clients.
- Ongoing monitoring of established platform for the Client
- Manage coverage trackers and develop monthly reports for the Client
- Participate in client meetings and on client calls Manage event planning initiatives.
- Manage the City of Atlanta’s communication platform and detail any emergent issues that need to be communicated.
- Develop, edit, and proofread engaging email content to inform Passengers on behalf of the Client
- Managing, creating, and publishing original, high-quality content on approved platforms on behalf of the Client
- Managing social media editorial calendar and posting cadences on behalf of the Client
- Responsible for monitoring listening and reviewing for the Client specified platforms.
- In partnership with customer support, work collaboratively to respond to client feedback and work towards resolutions.
- Staying up to date with new digital technologies and social media best practices on behalf of the Client

Education and Experience: 1-2 year previous experience working as a social media strategist or social media manager and familiarity with social media and various platforms.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred in communication, Public Relations and/or Marketing or any equivalent combination of training and experience.
