In detail
The OOH Campaign Executive (Media Assistant) is central to the delivery and accuracy of Goodstuff OOH campaigns, ensuring plans are delivered correctly and reported back to relevant planner/client. As we push the boundaries of what’s possible in OOH the role requires expert understanding of the unique complexities of the channel, taking the necessary action to minimise/correct errors.
The OOH Campaign Executive is responsible for coordinating a smooth financial process, liaising internally with Finance and relevant media owners/partners.
Reporting to the Out-of-Home Director and ultimately the Head of Out-of-Home.
- Providing day-to-day support to the Head of OOH and Directors/Managers within the team.
- Building and coordinating campaign production schedules and establishing trusted relationships with key production contacts.
- Overseeing the campaign delivery process, ensuring artwork/posters are delivered promptly.
- Managing the post campaign analysis internally, establishing a process for gathering and reporting relevant data.
- Ensuring campaigns are added to DDS correctly and any issues identified and resolved quickly, and being proactive in ensuring a streamlined financial process.
- Maintaining a strong and frictionless relationship with Talon, especially where delivery and finance is concerned.
- Sourcing/taking campaign photography and sharing internally and with clients, and/or social channels.
- Overseeing the gathering and sharing of competitor OOH activity
- Developing good knowledge of the artwork approval process, learning about TFL/CAP and HFSS in particular, and imparting this knowledge with our client and agency partners.
- Supporting the team optimise OOH creative
- Contributing towards campaign ideas and creativity as part of regular group work in this area.
