6 month Fixed term (or Secondment opportunity for external applicants)
You will support NHS Derby and Derbyshire Integrated Care Board to develop and deliver a range of media and communications strategies, taking a lead on all media communications for the ICB.
Interviews will be held Wednesday 29th March, via MS Teams

Main duties include lead on media relations, including building relationships with local, national and specialist trade media, providing a first class response service to journalists and acting as a public ambassador for the ICB and wider NHS at all times.
Other duties include the provision of regular media updates to the ICB Executive team, preparation of regular MP briefings, lead on primary care relations for communications, lead on website content ,coordination.

ICSs are partnerships of health and care organisations that come together to plan and deliver joined-up services and to improve the health of people who live and work in their area. Serving a total population of 1,053,000 with a budget of over £1.6 billion the ICB has a staff base of approximately 500 people.
