Your clients will be leading media and digital agencies (primarily in UK/Europe & the US) and their clients (mid market or enterprise B2C brands - senior ecommerce & marketing professionals).
Responsibilities:
- Owning the day to day relationships with agency partners to promote Knexus platform proactively, farming connections to secure Knexus platform subscriptions with their clients
- Identifying and acting on opportunities to create relationships with new agencies and people outside of Knexus’ existing network
- Creating and facilitating meetings between agency decision makers and our commercial team
- Maintaining and growing relationships with mid to senior level stakeholders at client brands when required
- Account planning - Growing a deep knowledge and understanding of short, medium and long term plans for each agency’s client list where those clients align with Knexus ICP, to enable Knexus to ensure we are presenting our platform in the right way, to the right people, at the right time.
- If required, managing communications between agency/client and the Knexus Customer Success team to ensure client onboarding and ongoing delivery remain at a high standard (eg. communicating expectations or insights, relaying feedback)
- Consistently achieve high customer satisfaction scores
- Secure 90%+ renewals for clients
- Proactively develop customer advocacy for Knexus platform eg. secure both agency and client endorsements, case studies, participation in events
- Provide feedback and insights to Product Management to convert both agency and client requirements into product features & improvements
Skills Required:
- Minimum of 3 years in working with media and digital agencies, with a Saas or technology product
- Strong hunter ethic - you will actively spot and seek out chances to build your network, identifying strong commercial opportunities, and will be a natural relationship builder
- Proven experience of working as an Account Manager with strong existing relationships
- Experience of working with a vendor through agencies or working directly within an agency
- Effective negotiation & communication skills
- Ability to inspire a team, the wider agency, clients, and other external partners.
- Highly organised way of working with strong attention to detail and time management skills.

Salary: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
