Job description

Here at SmartFlow Services, we’re an established and growing Plumbing, Water Supply, and Gas Heating Repair & Installation specialist, who are looking for dynamic Plumbing professionals to grow with us. We specialise in Emergency Domestic Plumbing and Heating Repairs, meaning no two days are the same, and we offer a very attractive uncapped bonus scheme for those who excel in getting the job done right first time and with the highest standards of Customer Service.

Ideally, you’re based in a DE or NG postcode area, and must be willing to travel across the DE, NG, ST, and LE areas, with travel to other postcode areas required on an ad hoc basis. We’ll provide the van and cover your fuel costs of course, and you’ll have a generous supply of spares.

We pride ourselves on offering our customer’s the very best Customer Experience, and that needs to be a priority for you too.

Working hours are Monday – Friday 8am-5pm and 1 weekend day every 3 weeks. When you work a day at the weekend you can either have a day off in lieu during the week, or you can claim it as overtime; it’s entirely up to you.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

- 5 years post apprentice qualified experience

- Ability to manage van stock & parts/materials

- Own tools

- Excellent customer service skills & smart appearance

- Punctual, reliable, and honest

- Highly motivated and flexible

- Recent CRB check (or willing to apply)

- Full UK driving licence

- Qualification Certificates Plumber NVQ or equivalent (ideal but not essential)

Job Type: Permanent

Salary: £30,000 per year

COVID-19 considerations:
Engineers are required to wear a mask in the homes of our Customers should the Customer request it.
