Job description
As an Assembly Operative, you will be part of a team, assembling components for and to various vehicles, within a busy manufacturing environment.
Main duties will be (but not limited to) the following:
Manufacturing/assembling
Inspection and quality control
Following and understanding instructions and direction
General and additional duties as required from time to time
The Candidate
Previous experience in a manufacturing/assembly environment is essential and full training will be provided in relation to the duties we want you to carry out.
As a minimum, you should have the following qualities:
· Must maintain good attendance and be punctual
· Ensure all health and safety standards are met
· Must be able to work as part of a team or independently as required
· Must be enthusiastic, hard-working, and reliable
· Should be comfortable working to targets
· Must be able to follow instructions and specifications as required
· Due to the nature of the role, candidates should be able to stand for long periods and have a good level of physical fitness.
· Be able to learn new skills and put them into practice
· PPE will be provided
Although it is envisaged to be a dayshift role, shift working will form part of your contract.
All Candidates must have a Keen eye for Detail
Shifts are as follows :-
Week 1
Monday - Thursday 0600am - 1500pm
Friday 0600am - 1230pm
Week 2
Monday - Thursday 1400pm - 2300pm
